In the wake of the recent storm that has left so many of us with nervous systems on high alert and not fully breathing, and the upcoming Holiday season that can often add more stress and anxiety, I am offering this Yoga Wellness NOURISH series as a respite for our bodies, minds, hearts and nervous systems.
This 6-week series will focus specifically on practices that help to deeply nourish, replenish, and strengthen nervous system as well as build resilience.
We will build our NOURISH self care medicine bag by exploring
Slow Yoga + Subtle Movement
Mindfulness + Breathwork
Self Massage + Squishy Balls
Relaxation + Meditation
to find what feels good and how to sustain a daily wellness practice.
This is an experiential process where you will be encouraged to get curious, play, explore and ultimately create healthy new movement patterns (body, mind + breath).
