Group Classes

Join me in one of my weekly group classes that focuses on mindful yoga practices for all levels and abilities. These classes support the needs of those present and focus on breath work, gentle/somatic/ and restorative yoga (supported yoga postures using bolsters, blankets or blocks) and meditation to help reduce stress, encourage re-connection with your own natural body/breath/life rhythms and increase overall well being.

Classes are available on a drop-in basis or you may purchase a 5 class card.

Private Sessions

One-on-One sessions are a wonderful way to deepen into your healing journey and learn how to work with your unique needs and abilities. They also offer an opportunity to learn how to develop exquisite self-care practices that fit your busy lifestyle.

Introductory Yoga Special: Three 60-minute sessions
Need help getting started on your yoga journey or addressing a specific need or health challenge?
•Sessions are tailored to your unique needs
•Create a home or office practice or just feel more confident walking into a class
•Reduce stress, overwhelm and pain
•Learn how yoga can help you heal from an injury or illness
•Experience the freedom and joy that comes from taking time out for your own well-being
•Receive a video recording of your personalized yoga session.

Private Yoga: 60-minute session
Continue your tailor designed yoga practice from the Introductory Yoga Special. Sessions include breathwork, gentle/somatic/restorative yoga, relaxation and meditation practices appropriate for your unique body. Whether you want more relaxation and peace of mind in your life or want to build strength and stability or just support and nourish a busy lifestyle, private yoga sessions can hold tremendous benefit and fit easily into your schedule.

Therapeutic Yoga: 75-minute session
A blend of restorative (supported) yoga, gentle yoga, breath-work, hands on healing, guided meditation and therapeutic essential oils to help release stress and chronic tension or to rest and recovery from injury or illness.

Couples Yoga for Birth: 2-hour session
This session provides an opportunity for couples to enhance awareness and confidence in pregnancy, labour and birth. It has been well researched that a sense of calm and confidence ease the birthing process, reduce pain and increase the joy of giving birth.
Couples will learn:
•partner yoga postures to strengthen and open the body for labor and birth
•labor positions that tap into your body’s wisdom and align with gravity to ease your •body’s work
•hands-on assists and comfort measures
•vocal toning and relaxation

Yummy Yoga Restorative Mini-Retreat:
Yummy Yoga is a deeply calming and nurturing practice that combines restorative (supported) and gentle yoga, self-massage techniques, conscious breathing and hands-on healing to facilitate deep relaxation and well-being on all levels. This practice is open to all levels of experience and is particularly effective for reducing stress and bringing the body into balance.
Musician Perry Smith will be accompanying us with live soothing music designed to take you deeper into the experience.

Pregnant Couples Yoga for Labor + Birth
Deepen your relationship with each other and your unborn child. Learn hands-on tools for an easier labor and peaceful birth experience. This is a wonderful course for first time parents and also as a refresher for experienced parents.

Self Care for the Soul: Women’s Half-Day Retreat
Fill up your self care medicine bag! These are seasonal retreats that reflect the energy and intention of the new part of the year that we are moving into. We will be using seasonal yoga practices, meditation, self-inquiry/journaling and discussion of nourishing foods and lifestyle practices to cultivate greater awareness and wellbeing, revitalize your energy and create a life of greater health and happiness.
