Step into the deep quiet, beauty and restfulness of the Pisgah National Forest!

Perry and I are so excited to be offering our first retreat at one our favorite spots to retreat to!
You will love the unique beauty and nature that surrounds The Inn on Mill Creek near Black Mountain, NC. You can literally walk out the door and onto one of the many trails near the property. The Inn hosts a beautiful orchard and a happy family of birds, squirrels, ground hogs, and other curious critters that come to visit and check out what delights the garden holds. The area is filled with a rich history and background too.

This is your time to slow down and soak in the deep nourishment of the present moment.
You are invited to do as little or as much as you like over the weekend.
We will offer daily gentle + restorative yoga classes, nature walks, hand-drumming
and movement play experiences.

Our intention is to create a joy-filled, inspiring and deeply relaxing weekend.
