Welcome to Heather Till Yoga online studio

In this virtual studio, you will find an approach to yoga which embodies mindfulness, a sense of curiosity, gentle, restorative, somatic and yin yoga practices to balance the busy-ness and constant stimulation of life around us.
This home-based practice is a wonderful way to add more self care and relaxation into your daily routine. You can join me from the comfort of your own home or take your practice on the road with you when you are traveling.

The online studio is filled with many different gentle, restorative, chair and mindful-based yoga classes designed to nurture and nourish you. New classes are being added every month. There are options for  monthly, 6-month and yearly memberships, as well as Live Streaming Classes and  “stand-alone” class series and bundles:



 

How does it work?

It’s super simple!

  1. Follow this link to my Namastream Website (that’s the platform for my online studio)
  2. Enter your email and create a password. This will be your unique log in information each time you come to practice online with me.
  3. Click on “Products” and choose which yoga subscription or special series best suits your needs.
  4. Enjoy your first week FREE in both the monthly and yearly subscriptions.
